PMP composite insulation paper is a cost-effective three-layer flexible laminated electrical insulation material, professionally structured with double outer layers of high-purity sulfate wood pulp capacitor paper and a middle core layer of high-strength PET polyester film, bonded with high-temperature resistant acid-free adhesive. It perfectly integrates the excellent varnish impregnation performance, flexibility and fitting property of insulating paper, as well as the ultra-high dielectric strength and dimensional stability of polyester film. With stable Class B 130℃ heat resistance, low dielectric loss, uniform thickness and outstanding mechanical toughness, this composite sheet features no bubbles, no delamination and stable overall performance.It maintains intact structural and insulating properties during long-term low and medium voltage equipment operation, thermal cycling and winding processing. Widely applied for slot insulation, phase insulation and interlayer barrier insulation of low-voltage motors, casting voltage transformers, transducers and general electrical equipment, serving as a high-cost-performance basic insulating material for industrial electrical manufacturing.
