Prepreg DMD Epoxy Pre-impregnated Insulation Paper

Prepreg DMD insulation paper is a high-performance Class F thermosetting composite insulation material, upgraded based on standard DMD structure. It adopts three-layer polyester mat + PET film + polyester mat substrate, fully pre-impregnated with modified epoxy resin and processed by precise baking and B-stage semi-curing treatment.
 
Different from ordinary DMD paper, this pre-impregnated DMD features inherent bonding performance, low-temperature curing, ultra-low shrinkage and void-free lamination after curing. With stable 155°C high temperature resistance, excellent dielectric strength and perfect varnish compatibility, it can tightly bond with copper foil, aluminum foil and winding coils to form an integrated insulation structure. It is specially developed for high-standard dry-type transformers and Class F high-efficiency motors. We provide full-size specifications and customized slitting & sheet processing with stable batch quality.
