NHN Nomex Aramid Paper Polyimide Film 3-Layers Flexible Composite Material

NHN composite insulation paper is a three-layer flexible laminated insulation material, constructed with two outer layers of Nomex aramid paper and a middle layer of polyimide (PI) film, bonded by high-temperature resistant adhesive. It combines the excellent mechanical toughness of aramid paper and the outstanding dielectric & high temperature resistance of polyimide film. This material features stable Class H 180℃ heat resistance, high breakdown voltage, low dielectric loss, great tear resistance and excellent dimensional stability. It does not melt, drip or embrittle under continuous high-temperature operation, and maintains reliable insulation performance after thermal cycling.
